Our office has been serving patients in Cambridge since 1958 and in the current location since 1970!
The practice was founded by Dr. Bane's father, Francis Bane Sr., DDS
At the present time, Dr. Francis Bane is providing family dental care to a diverse group of patients

Our Dental Treatments
We offer many quality dental treatments to meet the needs of patients of all ages. Listed below are our most common offerings. Please feel free to call or visit us with any questions!
Preventative
Including regular cleaning, exam, and x-rays. Additional fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate
Restorative
Including white and metal fillings, crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures, dental implants, and porcelain veneers
Other
We also provide teeth whitening, treatment for grinding/clenching, extractions, treatment for dental pain as well as custom fit mouthguards for sport activities

Our website includes secure capabilities to fill out patient forms online, and to upload medical and dental records to share with our practice
We offer an option to communicate with our office through secure email and to receive invoices in an encrypted email (without having to remember any additional passwords)
Online Forms
As a new patient, we want you to feel welcome. In order for us to serve you in the best possible way, we will review your medical and dental history, questions, and concerns together
Please fill out our online patient information form to the best of your ability. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you
If you are an existing patient, in order to make sure that we have all your information up-to-date, please take a moment to update your contact information and communication preferences (e.g., to opt-in for receiving invoices via email)

You can securely upload your medical records, x-ray images, other files and notes that you would like to share with our office
You can also share this link (upload.banedentistry.com) with your doctors, so that they can directly upload records and their notes that they would like to share with us on your behalf
If you would like to upload multiple files, once you get a confirmation that the file was successfully uploaded after pressing the 'Securely Upload' button, you can choose another file and click 'Securely Upload' button again (without having to re-enter the patient info), and you can repeat it for each of your files as needed
Alternatively, you may consider combining them into one compressed file (e.g., a Zip file) prior to uploading
