Q: Where are you located?
A: Our address is 2179 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, MA. We are walking distance between Porter and Davis Squares, at the intersection of Massachusetts and Rindge Avenues.

Q: Is there parking?
A: There is metered street parking available and it is usually easy to find a parking spot. We have plenty of change if needed for the meters.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: 8-5pm Monday through Friday.

Q: What insurance do you accept?
A: We accept most traditional insurance plans as well as offer flexible payment options. Additionally, we are happy to file insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as your plan permits you to choose your own dentist.

Q: Do you treat children?
A: As a father of three children, Dr. Bane is very comfortable treating and caring for children. As a dental student at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bane received the American Society of Dentistry for Children award for outstanding interest and proficiency in dentistry for children.

Q: Is it safe to submit personal health information through this website (banedentistry.com)?
A: The website is designed and implemented to meet or exceed the HIPAA requirements with respect to security and privacy - protecting the patient information while at rest (e.g., when it's stored) as well as during transmission (e.g., while it's being uploaded). It leverages the HIPAA compliant capabilities hosted and provided by Google.

All the data submitted through the website is protected by 
SSL or TLS, whether through any of the online forms included on www.banedentistry.com/dental-forms, or through the upload web page (www.banedentistry.com/upload). 

Even when the URL shows http://www.banedentistry.com, the actual webpage being accessed is through a secure https protocol. This is known as URL masking. Masking does not affect the content of the actual website, it only covers up the original URL/domain name. All communications on our website is handled through an HTTPS server and are encrypted by a secure certificate.
